Terms of Service

1. About Bond and the operator

Bond is operated by FREEZEIT TISSUE (KT0609003-H).

These Terms apply to the Bond mobile application, its public legal pages, and related services that link to them (together, the “Service”).

2. Your agreement with us

By creating an account, tapping an acceptance control, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Bond.

If you use Bond from outside Malaysia, you are also responsible for following laws that apply where you are located. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Eligibility: adults only

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter this agreement. Bond is not available to anyone under 18.

The current version relies on your self-declared birthday. We do not currently collect an identity document or biometric age estimate. We may ask for proportionate age or identity assurance in the future, or suspend an account when we reasonably suspect that its holder is under 18, fraudulent, or unsafe. We will update our notices before introducing a new verification method that processes additional personal data.

4. Account registration and security

You need an account to access the map, discover bonds, view members or participants, join events, or use chat. Logged-out visitors can access only welcome, authentication, account-recovery, and legal pages.

Provide accurate, current information; keep your email, username, password, verification codes, device, and session secure; and do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. We may reject misleading identifiers or require you to change a name, biography, avatar, or other profile element that violates these Terms.

5. What Bond provides

Bond provides tools for eligible members to explore a map, search locations, create a real-world social event (a “bond”), request or obtain participation, save bonds, communicate in event chats, connect as friends, and use private chat.

Availability, audience eligibility, distance estimates, event capacity, and chat access are determined by the current product rules. Features may change as the Service develops, and some architecture shown in the app—such as production push delivery—may not yet be active.

6. Member-organized bonds

Members create and host bonds independently. An organizer is not an employee, agent, partner, representative, or professional service provider of FREEZEIT TISSUE. Unless we expressly say otherwise, FREEZEIT TISSUE does not organize, supervise, insure, endorse, or guarantee a bond.

We do not vet or verify every organizer, participant, venue, description, qualification, permit, safety measure, or statement. A badge, profile, audience setting, participant count, map pin, or moderation status is not an identity, background, safety, health, or suitability check.

• Organizers must provide accurate event details and have the authority and permissions needed to use the venue and host the activity.
• Organizers are responsible for lawful planning, capacity, accessibility information, cancellations, participant communications, and any licence, insurance, consent, or safety measure their activity requires.
• Participants decide independently whether to attend and are responsible for checking the event, venue, travel, cost, equipment, health, and safety requirements.

7. Real-world safety

Meeting people offline carries risks. Use your own judgment, meet in an appropriate public place when possible, tell someone you trust about your plans, arrange safe transport, protect your belongings, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.

Bond is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee continuous monitoring or immediate intervention. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency services first. A report to Bond does not replace a report to police, emergency services, a venue, or another competent authority.

8. Rules of conduct

Use Bond lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. You must not use the Service to harm people, evade safeguards, disrupt the platform, or facilitate unlawful activity.

• No person under 18, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes a minor.
• No harassment, stalking, hate, discrimination, threats, violence, coercion, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, scams, spam, or deceptive event listings.
• No illegal goods or services, weapons misuse, dangerous challenges, unauthorized gambling, intellectual-property infringement, or privacy violations.
• Do not scrape, harvest, probe, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or bypass authentication, audience rules, blocking, rate limits, media controls, or other security measures.
• Do not collect, photograph, record, publish, or use another person’s personal data or likeness without a lawful basis and any permission required.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile details, avatars, bond descriptions and cover images, messages, and reports. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it is accurate where accuracy matters.

You give FREEZEIT TISSUE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, transmit, and moderate your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent a temporary backup, legal obligation, safety investigation, or documented legal hold requires continued handling.

Do not place highly sensitive information, identity-document images, financial credentials, medical records, or another person’s private information in profiles, bonds, or chats.

10. Reports, blocking, and enforcement

Bond provides reporting and blocking tools. Reporting alerts us to a concern but does not automatically block the other member. Blocking limits visibility and interaction in both directions but does not submit a report.

We may review available information and may remove or restrict content, cancel access to a bond, warn a member, suspend or terminate an account, preserve information, or refer a matter when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, these Terms, or Service integrity. We are not required to act in every dispute and cannot promise a particular outcome or response time.

We may use automated rules for access control, spam prevention, capacity, account status, blocking, and audience eligibility, but serious moderation decisions should receive proportionate human review when reasonably available and required.

11. Maps, places, venues, and third parties

Bond includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Bond may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, maps, location search, notifications, and mobile operating-system functions. These providers may process information as explained in our Privacy Policy and may apply their own terms.

Map tiles, place results, addresses, coordinates, routes, distances, venue details, and availability may be delayed or inaccurate. Confirm important details independently. Bond is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, products, services, or premises of a third party, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We may maintain, test, secure, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Outages, mobile networks, device settings, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.

13. Fees and advertising

Bond is currently free and does not currently display advertising or use advertising trackers. We do not currently process in-app payments.

If we later introduce fees, advertising, sponsored placement, or advertising measurement, we will identify it clearly, update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before it applies, and request consent or offer controls where required by law. We will not charge you without presenting the price and obtaining the required agreement.

14. Bond intellectual property

The Service, Bond branding, software, interface, designs, and materials supplied by FREEZEIT TISSUE are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly exploit, or create a competing service from protected Bond materials except where the law expressly permits it.

15. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using Bond at any time. A password-confirmed deletion request makes the account and associated content unavailable and signs you out. You then have seven days to sign in and recover it. At or after the displayed deadline, recovery is refused and eligible account data is scheduled for permanent deletion.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for underage use, safety, fraud, legal compliance, repeated or serious violations, risk to other members, or Service security. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or a way to contact us.

Limited records may remain when required for security, deletion auditing, legal obligations, dispute handling, or a documented legal hold. The Privacy Policy explains this further.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a member is who they claim to be; that a bond will occur, be safe, lawful, suitable, accessible, accurate, or enjoyable; or that content, maps, messages, availability, or participant counts are complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, conditions, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any disclaimer applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FREEZEIT TISSUE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profit, opportunity, reputation, data, or goodwill; or harm caused by another member, organizer, venue, third-party service, inaccurate listing, cancelled bond, or conduct outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability. If liability may lawfully be limited but not excluded, it is limited to the extent and remedy permitted by applicable law.

18. Responsibility for claims you cause

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss, liability, and cost suffered by FREEZEIT TISSUE because of your unlawful content, your organization or operation of a bond, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. We will not seek recovery to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, safety, security, product, or operational reasons. We will publish the new version and effective date and, for a material change, provide reasonable notice in the Service or by an available contact method. Where law requires fresh consent, the change will not apply until that consent is obtained.

Continuing to use Bond after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms where that method of acceptance is lawful. If you do not agree, stop using Bond and request account deletion.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter in good faith.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right that applies, the courts of Malaysia, including the courts serving Selangor, may hear disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a regulator, tribunal, or court that the law makes available.

21. Language and contact

These Terms are available in English and Bahasa Melayu. Both language versions are intended to have the same meaning. If there is an inconsistency, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law; any mandatory Bahasa Melayu interpretation requirement remains unaffected.
